What does standard installation include?
Standard fitting and commissioning. Without a manufacturer kit, we include up to 3 m of complete refrigerant piping, a plug, wall anchors and outdoor-unit brackets. With a manufacturer kit, we use the supplied materials.
How much does installation of a 12,000 BTU unit cost?
RON 500 with the manufacturer kit or RON 650 without the manufacturer kit.
How much does installation of an 18,000 BTU unit cost?
RON 700 with the kit or RON 850 without the kit.
How much does installation of a 24,000 BTU unit cost?
RON 850 with the kit or RON 1,000 without the kit.
What if refrigerant piping exceeds 3 metres?
Additional piping costs RON 150 per metre. Extending a route by welding/connectors may involve a separate charge of RON 150 per operation.
Do you provide an installation warranty?
Yes, a 24-month workmanship warranty, subject to the warranty documents. The equipment warranty and statutory consumer rights are separate.
How much does air conditioning cleaning cost?
Cleaning and sanitisation costs RON 300 per unit.
Which tasks are excluded from standard installation?
Finishing work, electrical modifications, moving furniture, relocating units, general cleaning, extra wall penetrations, piping covers, awnings and additional piping are excluded.

We do not provide workmanship warranty for refrigerant piping installed by developers, owners or third parties.
What should I know before installation?
Disclose known hidden electrical cables, gas pipes, water pipes, drainage and other concealed installations. The technician must assess the installation position for safety and technical feasibility. This does not automatically transfer liability for any damage to the customer.
